Currently KJS does not undertake watch repairs except for bracelet and case repair, fitting of safety chain, bracelet shortening, cleaning, gilding etc. Although we do obviously have some knowledge of watches we are not watchmakers. Therefore it would be advisable to have the movement and glass (Only if it is close to the repair area.) removed by a specialist and kept in store/branch before being sent to the workshop. Having said that we can remove the movement on your behalf but unfortunately we can not take responsibility for any mechanical faults with the watch on return of the item. Please follow the guidelines as you would for a bracelet if sending in watches. Thank you.
